경제 위기 극복 방안을 담은 내년 경제정책방향이 이달 공개되는데, 하락 흐름을 되돌릴 어떤 해법이 담길지 주목됩니다.

[추경호 / 부총리 겸 기획재정부 장관(지난 1일)] “현재 우리 경제 상황이 매우 엄중합니다. 내년에 경제가 정말 어려운데…”

고금리·고물가·고환율이라는 복합 위기 상황에 내년 경기가 올해보다 더 어렵다는 진단이 나옵니다.

이에 따라 정부 역시 내년 경제정책방향에서 성장률 전망치를 1%대로 낮추는 것은 불가피한 실정입니다.

이미 국내외 주요기관은 내년 성장률 전망치를 1%대로 줄줄이 내린 상태입니다.

경제협력개발기구 OECD는 1.8%, 한국은행 1.7%, 한국개발연구원 KDI는 1.8%로 조정했습니다.

원인은 생산·소비·투자 등 주요 경제 지표가 하락을 거듭하고 있기 때문입니다.

지난 10월 산업생산은 30개월 만에 가장 큰 폭으로 줄어들었고, 소비와 투자 역시 위축되고 있는 추세입니다.

여기에 수출 엔진마저 식어가고 있는 건 마찬가지.

올 들어 11월까지만 무역적자가 425억 달러를 넘어, 1965년 관련 통계 작성 이래 최대치에 달합니다.

이런 악조건 속에 정부는 경제 전문가들의 의견을 수렴해 이 달 새해 경제정책 방향을 내놓습니다.

12 ตุลาคมนี้ คณะกรรมการกิจการกระจายเสียง กิจการโทรทัศน์ และกิจการโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ หรือ กสทช.จะมีการพิจารณา กรณีการควบรวมกิจการระหว่างบริษัททรู คอร์ปอเรชัน จำกัด มหาชน และบริษัทโทเทิ่ล แอ็คเซ็ส คอมมูนิเคชัน จำกัด มหาชน หรือดีแทค ซึ่งประเด็นดังกล่าว ถูกบรรจุให้ที่ประชุมบอร์ดพิจารณามาโดยตลอด ที่ผ่านมาคณะกรรมการ กสทช.อยู่ระหว่างใช้เวลาพิจารณาอย่างรอบคอบ เนื่องจากเป็นประเด็นสำคัญที่ถูกจับตามอง ย้ำว่าไม่มีการประวิงเวลา เพื่อกลั่นแกล้งฝ่ายใด

ก่อนหน้านี้ สภาองค์กรของผู้บริโภค ร่วมกับ 16 องค์กร อาทิ กลุ่มผู้บริโภคคัดค้านการควบรวมทรู-ดีแทค, กลุ่มพลเมืองเพื่อเสรีภาพการสื่อสาร เครือข่ายประชาชนปกป้องประเทศ ร่วมแสดงจุดยืน คัดค้านการควบรวมกิจการ พร้อมประกาศ พร้อมย้ายค่ายมือถือ ใช้ อำนาจไม่ซื้อ แสดงพลังผู้บริโภคคัดค้านการดำเนินการควบรวม 2 ค่ายมือถือยักษ์ใหญ่ ค่ายทรู-ดีแทค และหากคณะกรรมการ กสทช.ไม่ปฎิบัติหน้าที่ในฐานะตัวแทนประชาชน ที่ต้องปกป้องผลประโยชน์สาธารณะเป็นหลัก เป็นเหตุให้ผู้บริโภคต้องมีภาระจ่ายค่าบริการมือถือและอินเตอร์เน็ตแพงขึ้น ก็จะดำเนินการทางกฎหมาย ต่อ กสทช. ให้ถึงที่สุด

นอกจากนี้ยังมีคำแนะนำให้ กสทช.ยุติการควบรวมกิจการ เพื่อลดผลกระทบที่จะเกิดกับอัตราค่าบริการ หลังมีผลการศึกษาจากหลายหน่วยงาน แม้กระทั่งที่ปรึกษาของทรู และดีแทคเองก็เห็นว่า หลังการควบรวมกิจการ อัตราค่าบริการจะสูงขึ้นอย่างหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้
